Weighing exactly one pound, the cassette comes with hyperglide sprockets that have a computerised tooth configuration and contoured shift gates that help with smooth shifts under all conditions. The sprockets with a nickel-plated finish are corrosion-resistant and are drilled and cut away to decrease weight without rigidity compromises.

    Substitute for 10 105 cassette

    I've spent a long time trying to find a suitable replacement for a 10 speed cassette for my Shimano 105 5700 as Shimano no longer produce a 105 10speed cassette. I have now done about 200 miles with this and it has proved to be the prefect fit, still a few problems with shifting, but they may be down to finer adjustments need. Overall I am very satisfied with the product and with the Supplier Tweaks. I recommend both

    Improving climbing on Giant road bike.

    Very pleased with this cassette. Replaced the 12-28 cassette which came fitted to my new Giant road bike to help me get up the steep hills around where I live. It took less than 10 minutes to change over and I did not have to tweek the gear change settings afterwards.

    just the job

    Being a little bit larger than your average cyclist, the 32 tooth sprocket has been a big plus. Both climbing in the Yorkshire Dales and Majorca, combined with a compact chainset it has kept me spinning when in the past a stop may have been required
