    Assembly of the clock

    I am very disappointed to find that there are no instructions included with this kit. I find it difficult to read the instructions from the internet and attempt assembly of this kit at the same time. Would it have been better to have a simple plan included with the kit. It is now sitting in a cupboard where I am sure it will stay. What a waste!!!

    Mechanism fixing problems

    I had this clock for my client I care for as I support him with mental health as he lost his wife in March this year and he’s going through a terrible difficult year and with the wood craft we get it keeps his mind active and we have purchased many but this clock is most expensive yet the clock hands are proving so difficult to fit and we built all clock but can’t get it to go now as the first hand will not fit

    Poor quality

    Poor quality product. Plywood splinters easily. Some fittings need a lot of work to make them fit. Other companies products are of a vastly superior manufacture. I would not purchase anything from this company again.
