Simply the best slow cooking book ever.
Ok, I got this book with my original slow cooker some 40 odd years ago. My step daughter has said the one thing she definitely wants from me in my will is this book - I bought her one in the hope she won’t kill me prematurely :) Enough said I think. Go buy it you’ll be surprised. Sadly I have to confess the desserts just didn’t work.

Certainly not fancy cooking here - it's basic home cooking as mum would have done in the 1970's. It demonstrates that anything can be slow cooked and recipes are easy to follow. One to have on the shelf if only for the nostalgia
