Ai sensi del D.L. 15 gennaio 1992 n. 50, l'acquirente può avvalersi del diritto dandone comunicazione a mezzo raccomandata con ricevuta di ritorno da inviare entro e non oltre 7 giorni dalla data di ricevimento della merce.
In caso di applicabilità del diritto di recesso l'acquirente è tenuto a restituire a sue spese la merce così come gli è pervenuta e cioè assolutamente nuova, non usata, completa di tutte le sue parti con gli imballi originali completamente integri.
La non osservanza di questi principi rende inapplicabile il diritto di recesso.
In caso di applicazione del diritto di recesso, una volta ricevuta la merce, che sarà visionata, se trovata integra e senza alcun danno, provvederemo al rimborso dell'importo versato dal cliente, escluse le spese di spedizione, entro il minor tempo possibile e massimo entro trenta giorni dalla data in cui la comunicazione è pervenuta. Sono esclusi dal decreto legislativo i soggetti non classificabile come consumatori, cioè chi effettua un ordine indicando la Partita IVA per la fattura.

Where do I start to describe this seller and this transaction. Unbelievable communications from the outside and even reminded me that I would have to pay import duty on top of his advertised price!
(It worked out at £141.00) The wheels were delivered incidentally wrapped and are even better than shown in the pictures . Many thanks to this five star plus eBay seller who from my dealings with him I can’t recommend enough! Thank you. I can’t wait till I get the tyres on and the wheels fitted!
Seller is very good at communication, keeps you updated and let's you know about the import charges before shipping. Shipping is quick and with good packaging. Wheels are absolutely exactly as advertised and look fantastic!
Despite being in a different country, delivery was fast! The packaging was slightly damaged however it looks like it happened in transit but it was packaged well enough that the item wasn't damaged. The seller also messaged before shipping to let me know there was an income tax due which they made sure I was okay with before shipping, which a lot of people wouldn't of bothered to do. Great communication, packaging and overall a great seller!
