I would not recommend it to any one.
Its a heavy battery drainer. Its volume switch is making sounds. The telescopic antenna does not stand erect, falls right or left. Very old, antique product. Shipping cost too high. It would have better to go for Tecsun PL radios instead of this one.

Awesome Sony Radio
This replaced the same model that I Purchased in 86 that went bad .. I had alway loved this little radio and now I’m back to enjoying it again.
