The age of expansion
I think at least than £3 it would be impossible not to consider this a bargain but in its own right it is excellent. Well illustrated the index is adequate and the content well written. It isn’t necessary to have a vast amount of existing knowledge as the book is not over academic. However for setting the context in which many of these buildings we visit were built this is excellent.
