Two items missing from the listing, a hardcase that they dispatched next day, and another box - that they have decided is no longer part of the package I paid for, however the listing still includes it. I don't agree with the approach for false advertising, without making an offer to remedy in someway. The mentioned item is not high value, however the principle still stands.
