Decided to replace the steel wheel and pneumatic tyre with another steel wheel on needle roller bearings and with a solid tyre of the same profile and tread pattern, since I'm always worried about flat tyres. Used some 20mm ID x 32mm OD x 1mm Thick Shims for the task of centering the replacement on the axle. Works well.

Bought this due to having a deteriorating jockey wheel and also have a motor mover fitted. Have not used item yet with mover but last weekend was able to manoeuvre caravan and this item has made the process so much easier on both grass and concrete. What a difference this has made I cannot understand why I have not changed over earlier, This is a quality product that I have no hesitation in making a recommendation.Bought this due to having a deteriorating jockey wheel and also have a motor mover fitted. Top Product - Easy to Fit.
Direct exchange for Standard Alko nosewheel. Took me less than 10 minutes to unscrew old nosewheel unscrew new pneumatic nosewheel then screw fit into the towbar of my 2017 Lunar Quasar.Top product looks good and makes moving especially on gravel easy.

It's Alko! It's very good.
Direct replacement upgrade onto an Alko hitch, should fit any other hitches with 48mm diameter jockey wheel shafts I would think. Much better moving across loose surfaces like gravel than the solid rubber or plastic wheels type, very pleased with it.

Alko Jockey wheel assembly with pneumatic tyre.
We needed a new jockey wheel after a bit of a mishap. We had been toying with a pneumatic one. Had a bit of difficulty getting it in place, but then it was easy.

Does the job, I just modified it belt and braces is all.
Only marked down because I changed the steel wheel & pneumatic tyre for a steel wheel & puncture proof rubber tyre of the same design and tread pattern, using 20mm shims. Since I have the similar pneumatic tyres on a plastic four wheel garden trolly (not your product, not your problem), and within 12 months these tyres are always going flat due to disintegrating inner tubes, so I as I'm relying on this tyre for a twin axle caravan, I decided on the same profile tyre in relatively solid rubber (not as stiff as the usual solid rubber tyres). Just paranoid I guess.Only marked down because I changed the steel wheel & pneumatic tyre for a steel wheel & puncture proof rubber tyre of the same design and tread pattern, using 20mm shims.
