Very happy with sellers honesty & generousity. David promptly informed me an unforseen event had caused the condition of the item (pliers) to differ from the listing. He disclosed what had happened and desrcibed it's appearence, and offered to refund the price and send them as long as I covered the cost of shipping. I said send it and before shipping David had the pliers cleaned and sent them and refunded me the original price! They look and work great! Very happy! Thanks David!!
