I feel they actively help battle SIBO (Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth) Reuteri are supposedly the only ones that can kill bad bacteria in this way but who knows for sure. Also they work well for making nice yoghurt with. 2 tablets crushed into a litre of sterilised milk or good coconut cream works well. Delivered on time.
