I ordered the 400 TC but received 500 TC and when asked re the 400 TC I ordered was said it must have been an error but the 500 TC were more expensive. Not the point, I ordered 400 TC because that is what I wanted and paid for. So to give the benefit of the doubt I ordered 400 TC again and again received 500 TC. So then I returned both as I wanted 400 TC and not 500 TC. So if you cannot provide what a customer ordered then message them so they have choice and are not inconvenienced.
