    Goodbye to Night sweats

    Really beneficial , take a week to kick in but after a few weeks you will certainly feel the difference! I ran out of the tablets and did not take any for a month and started to get the dreaded flushes with a vengeance, started tablets once more and after 10 days all was well again! Goof luck!

    Worth a try

    I took this for a year or so when I was having night sweats and I think it helped. I've started it again recently as I've been having hot flushes and the signs seem to have settled down a bit so hopefully it's helping.

    Very effective natural product

    Very gentle on my system and I have felt no side effects even though I have been taking it for 3 years to date. You only need one tablet a day and it can be taken at any hour suited to you. I tend to keep it to the same part of the day though. It has a natural taste not bitter nor unpleasant. It has greatly helped to alleviate my menopause symptoms, viz: tiredness, low energy threshold, cold sweats and joint pain. I wholeheartedly recommended this product.
