In my case the fan mounts were bent in shipping. seller gave me a partial refund after I told them I would take it on myself to attempt to straighten and assume all risk. thanks again!

I opened the package and was surprised that there was no packaging separating the two light housings from each other. From my experience in shipping computers, I knew this wasn't good. No apparent damage outside, but one of the lights were damaged internally. Seller communicated quickly, and tried to resolve with partial refund, would not send a replacement for broken part. So full refund it is. At least they sent a return label.
