Given that the item had to be handled by USPS as Hazmat shipment in early Dec we feel that a 2 week estimate of a possible time would have been better. Other than the unexpected shipping time, the item, communication & transaction were all great & we will purchase again from this seller. Thank you

The LEDs were flashing weirdly, it got very hot and began to give off that telltale electronic burning smell. I contacted the seller, who could not have been nicer or more helpful. Received the replacement today and it is working as intended. Seller is A#1. Highly recommend
