Accepted this is a low cost Fitbit strap. My wife has bought many such straps for various Fitbit models on Ebay. All have been low cost and good quality with the notable exception of yours. The white fibre from inside the fabric is portruding through the holes as per pic I sent you. You tell me this is due to keeping costs down and did offer a refund if I returned it. I would be required to pay to return just to obtain the purchase price. Could not be bothered.
