    Brave Men , Gentle Heroes

    I could not put this book down. One learns alot of history of these two wars, told from a personal perspective. Jonathan Takiff is a wonderful writer and it is very easy reading.

    Brave Men, Gentle Heroes by Michael Takiff (2003)

    This book is about the heroes of past wars. It is gritty no nonsense personal experince by the men who were there. I recommend this book to any war historian.

    Very interesting With a wide range of personal insight into men in action. There long term views. Some more true history accounts reflected by people that were there Why did I buy it Ex milatary myself.
