    I loved this book!

    I've had fibromyalgia for going on 25 years and have researched, read and talked to anyone and everything I could get my hands on. This book is really a comprehensive approach. Ms. Williamson addresses all aspects of this horrible syndrome/disorder. Very viable ways to treat and live with FM are talked about and in understandable terms with case histories that make you feel like you're aren't a freak! Wonderful book! Anyone who has FM or a loved one of someone with it should have this book.
