I have a 700watt microwave.I followed the instructions exactly.5 eggs later ..I gave up. Eggs would explode and the plastic cooker would jump off the plate.I pierced the yolks several times.Tried cooking in 10 second stages but couldn’t get it to poach properly. Also the plastic catch is very difficult to open. Wii ll replace it with a poaching pan for cooking in water…..No mess they say🤣

    Microwave egg poacher

    Flimsy and doesn't stand flat as it's lid makes it overbalance. Probably ok value for around £3 but not something I would recommend as I'd say the quality is questionable!

    Keep practicing with cooking temperatures

    Not easy to work out which temperature to cook I'm the microwave, still trying to get that managed. Makes a godawful mess when it goes wrong!

    Egg poacher

    Don't waste your money, it either cremates your eggs or under does them. The lid doesn't close properly so makes a mess. I have tried every setting on the microwave also it says on the packet 2 minutes but after 50 seconds it's cremated so I tried 30 seconds then 10second intervals but that doesn't work. It's more like a boiled egg than poached.

    Not eggsactley what I wanted.

    Although I followed the instructions on the packaging precisely this product did not perform as described. Whilst the eggs were cooking I herd a loud bang, which made me jump out of my skin. On opening the microwave door I was disappointed to find the egg poacher upside down and egg splattered all over the interior on the cooker.
