Fantastic!! - lovely memories came flooding back when I saw this book.
I am a support staff member in a junior school. Many, many years ago my class learnt Jim to recite in a speech festival and I never forgot it. When my first grandson was about 18months I used to recite it for him with over the top expression which he loved enormously. After a while he could say big chunks of it himself but could never wait to get to the bit "Ponto!" When I recently discovered this is in book form I just had to buy it (a beautiful book by the way) to share with him. He is now 18 but can remember us saying it - we did for years!
