Requested a cancellation as ordered by mistake (11 mins after ordering) to which they claimed they had already posted it! in actual fact it wasnt posted until 25 hours later, very unhelpful, poor communication. I wont be using musicmagpie again as the last 3 transactions have been appalling experiences.Customer service is shocking, employ more staff to answer customer queries if you cannot cope,look after your customers, you are nothing without them.
