Yes, but it took several emails to get this part of my order sent out to me, why it was sent out with my initial order I don’t know! Finally received the Diamond Heel Fully Fashioned Seamed Stockings 100% Nylon as part of a reduced price offer, and I’m very pleased with the quality…..such a shame I don’t trust this seller to send me the correct product I ordered without all the hassle!

We made a mistake with this order (it happens) as soon as we were aware we immediately posted a replacement pair (which the customer has confirmed and is happy with). However, despite resolving the issue abd requesting a feedback revision the customer has still left negative feedback? This customer has feedback of 1 - They clearly don't know how eBay feedback works? This feedback is unjustified as the issue was reolved quickly and efficiently.
