Fan felt nicely made and fitted fine.
Deliberately went for the 'Meyle' as there is so much work getting to the duct under the dash. (Could be they purchase them from Asia but I felt better!) Old fan was seized and I am sure I could have released it but there was quite a bit of surface corrosion from damp air so for the price much better to replace. The plastic body appears good quality and the motor fine so hoping it will last some years. I thought a gasket could have been included but it is only rubber draught extrusion. It’s not that hard of a job…..
Actually a good replacement and with the exception of having to guess how to remove the old unit actually not requiring any special tools fitted and connected up easily.
