The set of 5 bowls arrived promptly and the box was well packaged in bubble wrap. However the box inside was damaged and contained only 4 bowls - perhaps a returned and resent item that had not been checked. I returned it with a note both inside and outside the package (and also by email) asking for a replacement and not a refund but, guess what?, it was refunded anyway and now I have had to order it again - paying full price this time!
