As advertised, fast shipping! I understand that recertification can't possibly test every aspect of a product: one of those is battery life. While this set powered up, paired and connected, the battery wouldn't hold a charge and would die within a minute or two. This seller was so responsive in approving the return that I ordered another one right away. With such excellent feedback, I'm confident this was an outlier event and I will enjoy the next set.

I'm a professional audio repair technician. I purchased 2 used swivel hinges from this seller for Sony WH-1000XM5 headphones to replace damaged ones. The hinges arrived well packaged but absolutely useless, because they were damaged. When I requested the return, the seller started blaming me in a rude manner that I couldn't use them and was trying to find the reason for return. Absolutely 0 customer service. The buyer knows nothing about items they are selling, never check them before shipping.

they bought a part . but after they find out they couldn't install that claim faulty for return that .which we don't accept return than keep saying they are professional which is laughable .they don't have 0 knowledge about that our part was perfect . we also accept a return
