AVOID THIS SELLER… Total abuse of trust. Seller advertised item as ‘new other’ yet item had previously been used with rusty water coming out of pump, damage to plastic control panel and plastic connector and chipped off paint across entire item. Returned for refund, as not as described and defective. Put my trust in this seller only to be massively let down. Seller should be banned from eBay.

Seller sent the wrong heat exchanger compared to what they were advertising 😒 after several messages between us and just going around in circles it was clear to me they didn't know one end of a boiler from another. Total joke of a company to deal with and seem to be using multiple business names which I've made a note of so I don't have the misfortune to deal with again. Sent it back after failing to get them to send the correct heat exchanger 🤬😡
