The item was fine, but I had an issue having it work with lower voltage of NiMH batteries. Seller was super communicative and responsive and provided a good resolution. Shipping charge of $0.38 CAD is very low - gave shipping cost only 4 stars since free is better. The item and shipping time is 5 stars. Shipping from China is slow compared to Amazon, but time was better than other items ordered from China, so still 5 stars. But a caution is the 3V item will not work well with 2xNiMH at 2.4V.
