If for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods, we will refund the price of the goods provided that they are returned unused and in original condition, together with the original packaging (if applicable), within 14 days of the date of the invoice, a copy of which must be returned with the goods. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not open them. You will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from your address. Certain tools have consumable parts, which are not included in the guarantee.Power Tools & Air Tools are covered by a return to base guarantee against faulty materials or workmanship for twelve months (60 days in the case of tools used in the hire trade) from the invoice date.Watches: are covered by a return to base guarantee against faulty materials or workmanship for twelve months. This guarantee does not cover effects arising from accidental damage or misuse of the watch, and is automatically lost if the watch is opened by non-qualified or unauthorised people. Straps, glass and batteries are not covered under the guarantee. All other products: are covered by a return to base guarantee against faulty materials or workmanship for twelve months (60 days in the case of tools used in the hire trade) from the invoice date. We do not give cash refunds. If we cannot repair your item we will replace it with an item of equal or greater specification. In order to process your warranty claim we will require a copy of your invoice, which will act as your receipt of purchase.You will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred.

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law.
 
The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment.
 
The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
 
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK.
 
Much of the UK’s WEEE ends up in landfill, where the lead and other toxins it contains can cause soil and water contamination.
 
This can have a harmful effect on natural habitat, wildlife and also human health.
 
Many electrical items that we throw away can be repaired or recycled.

For example, if a customer bought a new power drill from us we would accept their old power drill and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely.
 
Customers must return their WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item.

    Amazing Product And Value For Money

    The product offer a wide range of sprinkler settings and this it helpful if you don't want to get certain areas wet. The only thing is that the fitting is somewhat difficult to connect to a hose, but it could be that the product still needs to be worn in,

    A very disappointing purchase. Cannot recommend you buy it !!!

    Water leaks out between the grey nozzle spray holes and the green surround in considerable quantities, because the connections are so poor. Water sprays backwards over the hose, making it more difficult to move around without constantly having to be turning the water supply off. Next door neighbours very similar item is much more robust, far better quality, easier to adjust the spray patterns, has superb connections and does not spray backwards where it's not supposed to, nor leak inappropriately, and it also has a simple lever which allows for much larger or smaller spray patterns of the same style. It is altogether a very much better product than this one. however it has no identifying manufacturer, otherwise I would have returned this one. Very disappointed with this item ..

    Time saving and good value

    Only use 2 of the 9 patterns, but works really well, noticed the grass thinning and not as green as I would like so needed a cheap sprinkler, and its quicker to direct it at the flower bed than fill the watering can 10 times, and rather than use the hose gun I just leave it for 10-15 mins then move it and leave it for another 10-15 mins so I'm not outside watering the lawn for 30mins, much better

    It's really rather good

    Bought a well known brand similar to this and had 3 that leaked badly so tried this Silverline one as even with delivery it wasn't expensive. Not the most robust plastic but for give or take £5 delivered it's really rather good. On a sunny day seems to have bene repurposed by children as for water play!

    Very good indeed

    It came without instructions so I looked on youtube to see how to operate it. There are different adjustments one can make for type of spray. length of spray angle of cover etc. None of it is especially obvious but it is CERTAINLY worth spending 30 mins or so tinkering!! Once you've done it it's a first class bit of kit.
