Not used it as a car jump starter yet but it performed great for my iPhone backup. I have really bought it for my Toyota Auris Hybrid which I am sure will work perfect when needed. I keep it charged up in the car's glove box. The Toyota hybrid system only needs to jump start the electronics so it's perfect for my use. I can also charge it from the car's USB supply socket while driving.

Haven't had the need to use this yet, but given its size/price, I doubt (my opinion Btw) it would be suitable for a big gas guzzling large cc vehicle. My vehicle is a 1100cc Nissan Micra, so I think it would be more than enough to do the job should the need arise (hopefully!).....Time will tell.
