The Parker Galaxy Ballpoint pen was reasonably priced (even if you were to add personalisation), but unfortunately failed to arrive. However, this was certainly due to incompetence on the part of the Royal Mail (this isn't the first time I've experienced this problem with purchases on eBay; and it probably won't be the last!) On being advised of the problem, the seller offered a no-quibble refund. I would therefore have no hesitation in recommending them to all buyers on eBay who want cheap pens
