    The postage due the USPS charged is incorrect. The ebay standard envelope rate, agreed upon by USPS and ebay is as stated on the meter mail label. The software developed based on the agreement between USPS and ebay does not allow the rate which the USPS charged. Neither party has shown any ability to resolve the issue.
