I didn’t receive the order (it was dispatched with tracking details) it was due before Christmas. I contacted the seller and asked for a refund as the order was still with the carrier. The seller eventually responded and explained the item was damaged in transit and returned to them and they will issue a refund. I chased them again and no response , therefore I had to complain to PAYPAL in order to get my refund, which I finally received today, nearly 4-6 weeks since purchasing the item.
