You are welcome to return any item if you are unhappy. We have sold 1000's of these hoodies and never had a complaint. Rather than suffer the disappointment why not just open a return request and get a full refund. This buyer does seem to leave frivolous feedback for other items that they have purchased on eBay. It's very sad when people don't take the time to reach out for a resolution and go straight to leaving feedback. It's not in the spirit of the Ebay community we are all part of.
