Good stuff, but the description might be misleading. I guess the 1300 lumen will be reached at 30 volts, which I have no reasons to doubt, but not the means to check. By the rule of three at 12 volts the led should give 520 lumen, which I believe is matching the observation at my car, where the electrical system runs on 12 volts and the led is only slightly brighter than the regular 21w bulbs, with homologated 440 lumen. The color is very close to incandescent bulbs.
