    Still going strong.

    Thank goodness we can still get belts for this very old vacuum cleaner! It’s always the short belt that goes because it gets no airflow when the separate tools are being used.

    Pairs of Belts

    These belts are supplied in pairs, 1 large and 1 small pre packaged . The large belt never wears but the small belt lasts about 6 months. Having purchased at least 5 packs of belts over the past few years I have 5 large belts now wasting away. Why cant the suppliers/manufactures sell these belt individually?

    Panasonic replacement belts

    Both belts of satisfactory quality, but the small belt works very hard and fails after about twelve months. So now I need a replacement small belt, but I have to buy both in a set . I now have a stock of three new, unused large belts !

    Too hard and brittle. Snapped within two minutes of using.

    The belts seemed to be good when I opened them but they seemed a little hard and stiff. They fitted well although it was difficult to stretch them to fit over the pulleys, and then when I started to use the vacuum cleaner the belts just lasted for about 2 minutes before the smaller belt just snapped.
