Durch veranderte Rahmenbedingungen hat sich auch die Bedeutung des Lageberichts neu ausgerichtet. In der Vergangenheit diente der Lagebericht im wesentlichen Dokumentationszwecken und der Rechenschaft des Managements uber vergangene Ereignisse. Zunehmende Internationalisierung und damit steigende Bedeutung des Kapitalmarktes erhohen jedoch die Anforderungen an den Lagebericht. Der Lagebericht soll entscheidungsrelevante und zukunftsbezogene Informationen vermitteln und den Adressaten bei der Beurteilung der wirtschaftlichen Lage des Unternehmens unterstutzen. Allerdings sind die inhaltlichen Vorschriften zur Erstellung und Prufung des Lageberichts im Gesetz sehr allgemein formuliert. Somit werden Unternehmen bei der Erstellung erme Ermessenspielraume geboten. Die Stellungnahme des AFRAC zur Erstellung des Lageberichts und die Fachgutachten der Kammer der Wirtschaftstreuhander konkretisieren diese Vorschriften. Die vorliegende Magisterarbeit soll einen Uberblick uber die gesetzlichen Vorgaben geben und als Hilfestellung sowohl bei der Erstellung als auch bei der Prufung des Lageberichts dienen. Das der Lagebericht auch international immer mehr an Bedeutung gewinnt, wird durch die Tatsache verdeutlicht, dass der International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) im Juni 2009 einen Exposure Draft zum Thema Management Commentary veroffentlicht hat.

Item was just as described (near new) and I had excellent communication with this seller. The item arrived much sooner than expected, which was a nice surprise.
