We only use large national couriers such as UPS, APC & Royal Mail etc. For sending our goods quickly and safely right to your doorstep.
Any item will be shipped within 48 hours of us receiving cleared payment** or sooner. You will be informed of the date of dispatch via eBay.

If you receive your dispatch notification and within 24hours have not recieved your item or any notification from the courier, ensure you email us immediatly so we can provide you with the tracking information. Once you have your tracking information you will need to get in contact with the courier yourself.
