    Emailed to ask for a tracking number for my item, but wasn't given one, was just told it would be here. It didn't arrive within the timeframe it was supposed to, so I emailed again to find out what's happening, next thing I know I've been refunded with absolutely ZERO correspondence to tell me what's happening. So now I'm in limbo without any idea as to what I'm supposed to do. Honestly I'll be avoiding this seller in the future, the customer service has been terrible. Avoid them!

    Tracking via Royal Mail is an extra cost which the customer did not pay for. Once I have posted the item delivery is beyond my control. A full refund was issued as the customer reported that she did not receive her order and a message was sent to her explaining why the refund was issued
