Yes, instructions are skimpy but there's not really a lot to screw up. The adhesive stickers to cover the unused u-bolt holes are a bit of a joke and used small pieces of black duct tape instead. Note that you may have to place some rubber-like bumpers on the u-bolts if you have thin cross-bars. No biggie, but a short set of u-bolts would have been ideal. Well packed,arrived on time. I'd give it a 4.5.

I opened the package and was surprised that there was no packaging separating the two light housings from each other. From my experience in shipping computers, I knew this wasn't good. No apparent damage outside, but one of the lights were damaged internally. Seller communicated quickly, and tried to resolve with partial refund, would not send a replacement for broken part. So full refund it is. At least they sent a return label.
