I really enjoyed this book. This is quite a good little book to encourage you to make changes in how you eat. These changes will improve your general health, lower cholesterol, and lower blood pressure and help you lose weight. Everything is explained simply and yet in detail.You learn what the TLC diet is. I am always looking for new ways to improve my health, and the dash diet is actually a very new concept. However what I do like is the quality and health benefit that it provides your body. Anyone with an interest in modern diets should really read this.Great book, highly recommend! - Sidra Malik Tried some recipes in this ebook and I simply loved the honey chicken and potato parmesan pancakes. At least, I don't feel that they are heavy in calories and neither do I feel so sinful after eating them! That's why I love checking out low calorie recipes! So that I can indulge without feeling guilty. The author has given much thought to the development of the recipes and included lower calorie ingredients in this recipe book, which is what I like about it. Will continue testing out the other recipes for sure! - Clarissa Tiffany Lane Interesting. Even if I'm not that into the diet plan the author recommends, I'm always open to new ideas. I'm more the low carb high fat type of person. So lowering cholesterol intake and limiting saturated fat intake is not my cup of tea, but I must admit the ideas behind it make sense. - Thomas Arnalsteen Finally found a book that explains the TLC diet in an easy to understand way!
