Great communication pre-sale, fast delivery, good packaging. I put this in my daughter’s 2014 Cooper S. It works as advertised. The CarPlay works flawlessly. I so far am unable to get the radio to work which I believe is related to the antenna connection. I’m not sure it’s correct. That leads me to the biggest negative. There are no installation instructions. They emailed me some information, but it’s not useful. I used others YouTube videos.
