Went to charge the scooter up but there was no universal plug. So wasn't able to charge it up 😔. Contacted them & they said it should be in a little box but it wasn't. They told me they couldn't help & said to contact the company which I did & they couldn't help neither so ended up having to buy a new charger which cost me nearly £30.
