Seller is priced higher and didn’t deliver as stated in the add hence why it’s a negative. I chose to buy from this seller as they stated next day delivery and was ok with the slightly higher price compared to others. They sent the item with second class and it took 3 days to arrive. There are other sellers who sell for cheaper and do second class postage. As for the product it seems genuine and came all packaged and sealed as expected.

I only rated my experience as positive so as I know not to purchase this item again. In the picture its with a box which has guidance and instructions on it,there's also an applicator nozzle in the pic,neither of these were included when I received it. And just to round it off it was virtually set. Tipped bottle up and it didn't move. Positive side they have refunded my money. Thanks.
