    A little confused here, the buyer bought a Gaggia portafilter, then requested to return the Not really sure what more we could have done here. The buyer bought a portafilter clearly listed for a Gaggia Classic but they have a Sage Oracle!! As Sage parts are more pricey, clearly looking to get a cheaper portafilter not understanding the difference in fitment. A return for their mistake was requested, which we honoured and processed accordingly upon receipt of the item.2 months later this...
