Unfortunately one of the fireboards was broken as a result of mishandling by the carrier (NOT THE SELLER'S FAULT). Cannot load photos from my mobile to the computer at the moment - Results of an update !, as soon as the transfer problem is resolved I will send photos to the seller so that he can see the issue. Fortunately I have sufficient material to cut the firebricks I need. Regards Mike Howell

However, one board had broken during handling/transit, which is beyond me given the amount of packaging and clear labels. On contacting the seller, they immediately sent a replacement board, which arrived only two working days later. Excellent comms & seller to do business with, would buy again.
