Good value, quick postage, but DECEIVING COLOUR... NOT BLUE.... i feel disappointed that i have to ruin my hair again
The colour is a lie. I expected a luscious blue like all the photos, but it turns my (bleached hair) back to brown with some parts grey and some parts blue black in the light. I damaged my hair with permanent dye to turn it back to my normal brown colour for nothing. Disappointed in the colour. Can't fault the price I guess. Can't fault the delivery time either. But as for item description I am SO unhappy as now I can't dye my hair for a long time as I wanted colour but i have to wait for my hair to recover when I rly rly wanted blue immediately. Disappointing
This product took more than the estimated time to arrive at my house and when I used it, it's ended up nothing like the colour on the box. My hair was nearly white and it's now a dark, almost black navy blue.

Wrong colour
I am so mad right now a whole year I have been trying to get my hair blue finally got it blue thought I would touch it up with this colour blue and my hair went black it said blue on the box now I'm stuck with the colour that took me a whole year to get rid of so I have to start all over again I'm so mad obviously it was a black now blue I hate it
