False description and pictures show wiper blade is 18in and for all 2011 to 2017 model Odysseys. I have a touring, as listed, however I received a 12 in blade. Seller said I should have checked part number first, and ignores the fact description and title of listing says 2011 to 2017 odyssey, and also ignores the fact that in the item description, touring is listed. Also took over 2 weeks to get from China. Seller argumentative and slow to respond.

I received my item, while installing the item I noticed there was missing pieces. I then contact the seller about my issue which the bottom for the a/c was missing and the input for the camera that hooks to the back of the screen wasn’t in the box. No action is being took for my missing products that I paid for. I really will reconsider ordering from this seller again.

I received item and right out of the box it was broken. I contacted seller and they asked me if it worked and to try it to see if it functioned and if so they would give partial refund. I did and it worked fine. The bracket came broken. So I relayed my finding that it worked and they promised partial refund. They drug it out and lied about refunding partial. I will nit deal with this kind of business from this buyer again. With this seller it's all about the money rather than satisfaction
