Upon opening the item, there was a distinct smell of smoke, and on closer inspection the item has clear dark marks/damage.I promptly informed the seller of the issues, only to have combative responses and no desire at finding a resolution to the aforementioned issues.From slow dispatch, missed delivery estimate, and damaged item, nothing about this transaction was acceptable.In over 15 years of using eBay, this is the worst service I have ever encountered by far.
