    Seemed small as it measured 1.4" deflated not 2 - 2.4. Burst at about 20 psi on first inflation. Tire bead may have slipped off as they went on the rim kind of easy.

    This is an obvious case of installation error. The tube was not properly seated into the tire and the tire not properly seated into the rim. Please be self-aware enough not to blame the seller.
