The advertisement is misleading as it clearly states 12 mosquito bands but I only received 1 yes there is a drop down box to add amount but it’s still misleading as the wording goes in each so I presumed I was getting 12 not 1 although I should have checked it’s very misleading ! Also it arrived after the time first stated which was 20-23rd feb and it arrived 27th disappointing as I paid £4.25 for 1 where others are selling a full 12 for £6.99 I therefore would not recommend this seller

This FB is both positive and negative in that I ordered a set of 4 ramekins but only received 3. The seller said their supplier made a mistake in the amount advertised but they are still only selling in multiples of 1,2 & 4 so there was never an offer for only 3. In the end the seller agreed to a £5 refund which is the positive part of this FB. It is disappointing to say the least as I cannot buy the same item anywhere else to make up the number and I specifically purchased 4 as I needed 4!

I notified the seller right away about this and the response was quick, understanding and very apologetic. seller offered a full refund which I received in a a couple of days.
