This is a good fit for the strut that was faulty, the one I got fitted seems to be a good replacement however the end broke off the other one as I was fitting it but the old one was fine at that side anyway so I was able to put it back on. Not sure if the item is a bit flimsy or it was my fault but I got the old one back on no problem.
